Frequently Asked Questions

We charge an application fee of $50 per applicant and a reservation fee of $175.00 per household. The application fee is non-refundable upon application, and the reservation fee is non-refundable upon approval.

Our screening guidelines include credit history, criminal history, income qualification, and rental/address qualification. We do not currently participate in the voluntary Section 8 program.

All applicants will be sent a link to verify their photo ID through CheckpointID.

Applicants will be sent a link to upload their income documents for validity through Snappt.

12 month rates are listed on our floor plans page [include link]. We also offer 6-11 month leases for a premium of $150/month and 3-5 month leases for a premium of $300.00. If you prefer a 6-11 month or 3-5 month lease, you will need to contact the leasing office after you complete your application to have the pricing and lease terms adjusted.

After your initial lease expires, you will have the option to renew for a shorter term if you choose, and those options will be communicated to you ahead of time.

We allow up to two pets per apartment, dogs and cats. There is no weight limit, only a few restricted breeds, which include Pit Bulls, American Pit Bull/Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, Chow, and Presa Canario.

There is a $300 one-time non-refundable fee for the 1st pet with an additional $150.00 for the 2nd pet. Pet rent is $30/month per pet.

Residents are responsible for electricity, trash, water, water/sewer, hot water, and pest control.

We have open parking. However, if you would like to have an assigned space it is $25.00 to start and $15.00/month to keep it.

We are a 100% smoke-free community.

The Aisley does not offer furnished homes, but residents do receive special pricing through Cushman & Wakefield’s partnership with Cort.

For all lockouts, please call the leasing office. If it is after hours, you will be prompted to leave a voicemail for emergency maintenance, and your call will be responded too as quickly as possible. The resident will need to be named on lease and have proper ID for verification purposes, and a $50 lock-out fee will be applied to your account.

You are required throughout the term of your lease to purchase and maintain a renters personal liability policy with liability coverage of $100,000.

While we only require personal liability insurance, we highly recommend you obtain coverage for your personal property as well.

We provide all of our applicants with information to obtain a policy through our preferred provider, eRenter.
